Vision and Mission

DDDA’s Vision, Mission, and Core values are described below as stated in the strategic plan: 

Vision:

To see the people of  Dire Dawa Administration  with enhanced attitude of preparedness and self-reliance, and solving its development challenges by its own capacity through united and concerted efforts in the year 2025.

Mission:
The mission of DDDA is mobilizing and coordinating the capacity of the people, members, and its supporters to foster the development endeavor and benefit of the people of Dire Dawa Administration in the areas of Health, Education, Employment creation, and others in a sustained community involvement.


DDDA`s core Values

  • Excellent leadership which inspires employees and members  to act in support of the organization’s strategic objectives
  • All employees, management and Board members are focused on making a real sustainable difference for all Dire dawa people.  All activities are focused on delivering result oriented quality services on a timely basis making best use of available but limited resources.
  • DDDA will operate in a fully transparent environment with all employees understanding their accountabilities and responsibilities.
  • DDDA believes in upholding the highest degree of honesty and integrity in all its’ relationships.
