Board meeting

The board of the Dire Dawa Development Association reviewed the half-year performance report of the association for the year 2016 at its 2nd regular meeting on February 2, 2016. The report explains that more than 10 million Birr was collected from corporate and individual members, donors, sticker sales and others in the half year. In this half year the association has constructed children’s classrooms and needy students were supported with educational materials.

Mr. Harbi Buh, who is the vice president of the development association  appreciated the performance  and stated that the association should increase the number of members, participate in income generating activities and strengthen the relationship with donor organizations to increase the income and strengthen its capacity to implement large projects.
