Dire Dawa Development Association and Elnet Foundation have signed a contract agreement to build KG classrooms and Toilets at Sabian No. 2 Elementary School.

Ato Sultan Ali Dire Dawa, Head of Finance and Economy Bureau, who thanked the Elnet Foundation for coming up with this kind of plan by helping the development work done by the administration, said that the infrastructure works that provide services to the community should be done in a timely manner, which will reduce the pressure on the city.

The construction has 4 classrooms and Toilets for children and it is said that it will be fully completed and put into operation in September 2015. It is known that the total cost of the construction is 4 million birr. In addition to this construction, the administration should work in coordination with non-government organizations on many social services that benefit the community and today’s signing ceremony is a good start, said Mrs. Muluka Mohammed, who is the head of Dire Dawa Administration Education Bureau.
