የድሬዳዋ ልማት ማህበር ከልማት ስራ ጎን ለጎን የበጎ አድራጎት ስራ ላይ በመሳተፍ ይገኛል፡፡ በ2015 ዓ/ም በዚህ ዘርፍ ከሰራቸው ስራዎች አንዱ በሴቶችና ህፃናት ጉዳይ ቢሮ አማካኝነት ድጋፍ እየተደረገላቸው ላሉ ተጥለው የተገኙ ህፃናት እንክብካቤ ማዕከል ለሚገኙ 58 ህፃናት የወተትና የፅዳት መጠበቂያ ቁሳቁስ ማድረግ ነው፡፡

ልማት ማህበሩ ለገቢ ማስገኛ የሚያሰገነባው ባለ 7 ፎቅ ህንፃ ይህ ሲሆን የግንባታው ቦታ ከዚራ ከግሪክ ቤተክርስቲያን ፊት ለፊት ባለው ቦታ ነው፡፡ ግንባታው ሲጠናቀቅ ለተለያዩ ንግድ ተቋማት የሚከራይ እንደሆነና ገቢው ሙሉ በሙሉ ለልማት ፕሮጀክት ማስፈጸሚያ የሚውል ነው፡፡ አጠቃላይ የግንባታው ወጪ ብር 200 ሚሊየን እንደሚደርስ ይጠበቃል፡፡
