የድሬዳዋ ልማት ማህበር መጋቢት 12/2016 ዓ/ም ከሁሉም የከተማ ወረዳዎች ለተመለመሉ 45 በጎ ፈቃደኞች በከንቲባው አዳራሽ ስከበጎ ፈቃደኝነት ፅንሰ ሀሳብ እና በጎ ፈቃደኞች በአገልግሎት ጊዜ መከተል ስለሚገባቸው መርሆዎች ስልጠና ተሰጥቷል፡፡ በስልጠናው ማብቂያም ሰልጣኞች የራሳቸውን የስልጠና ኮሚቴ አቋቁመው ወደ ስራ ለመግባት ስምምነት ላይ ደርሰዋል፡፡
